The Ballots Are Out

Today, we sent out the ballots to the media and coaches to vote for the preseason football poll. Select media also received ballots to vote for the preseason all-conference team. I'd expect that Weber State and Montana will be the top two teams in the preseason polls. What are your thoughts. With the likes of Trevyn Smith, Tim Toone, Cameron Higgins, Kevin Linehan and Beau Hadley returning, I expect the preseason all-conference team to feature its share of Wildcats...Of course, the announcement of Oregon transfer QB Justin Roper heading to Montana makes things even more interesting.

Montana is listed at No. 5 in the Sporting News preseason poll, while Weber State is seven. Eastern Washington (13), Montana State (17) and Northern Arizona (21) gives the Big Sky five in that preseason poll...Eastern Washington has a new Web site....NAU is also working on its new site...Congrats to the NAU student-athletes...You can now follow Portland State athletics on Twitter and Facebook.
